SpecterAI Boosts Vietnam’s Economy with Quantum Security Trainer Certification.

Quantum security training is set to gain momentum in Vietnam and Singapore as SpecterAI successfully completes its Train-the-Trainer program. This initiative, which has certified three strategic partners, aims to equip organizations with the necessary skills to handle the shift towards post-quantum cryptography. Among the newly certified partners are HPT and QNet in Vietnam, as well as Edmond Tung, a corporate trainer based in Singapore. These partners are now authorized to offer SpecterAI’s Quantum-Safe Security Foundations course to a range of sectors, including enterprises, financial institutions, telecommunications companies, and public-sector organizations.

This development aligns with recent advisories from Vietnam’s National Electronic Authentication Centre (NEAC), which has urged businesses to brace for the post-quantum era. The agency has cautioned that advancements in quantum computing could potentially compromise the security of current public key cryptography systems. By the end of June 2026, Vietnam had issued close to 32 million digital signature certificates, underscoring the significant scale of the impending cryptographic transition.

The training program designed by SpecterAI offers comprehensive guidance on evaluating quantum-related cybersecurity risks. Central to this is the use of Mosca’s Inequality (X+Y>Z), a framework that assists organizations in determining the duration for which sensitive data must remain secure and the time required to transition to quantum-resistant encryption. This initiative by SpecterAI is focused on bolstering regional expertise in post-quantum cybersecurity by empowering certified partners to independently conduct training sessions.

SpecterAI emphasizes that early preparation is crucial in enhancing organizational resilience, ensuring compliance with future security standards, and fostering a robust quantum security ecosystem throughout Southeast Asia. The company advises organizations, particularly those in banking, finance, insurance, telecommunications, and government sectors, to begin integrating post-quantum cryptography into their long-term cybersecurity strategies.
